Introduction
First Church Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations support our ministry, church operations, and community outreach.
Online Donations
Online donations are processed securely through our third-party giving platform. Once a donation is submitted, it is immediately applied to ministry use.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the contribution. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original method of payment.
User Submissions
Any information you submit through forms or communication channels must be accurate and truthful. You agree not to submit content that is harmful, abusive or unlawful.
Tax Deductibility
All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donation receipts are provided for your records. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution unless otherwise stated.
Giving Records
Donors may access giving history and receipts through our secure giving platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this Donation and Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
